David Hoxworth has been at the employee benefits business development game for 20 years, building a deep understanding of the voluntary benefits space in his time supporting brokers’ business with several VB carriers. Currently, David is in the ICHRA space, serving as Head of National Accounts for Milliman’s ICHRA administration service, Bavvy.

David was born in Michigan, grew up in Washington state, earned a bachelor of science degree in microbiology from the University of Washington in Seattle, moved to Arizona 20 years ago, and currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona. David is the proud dad of 4 grown children in their mid to late 20s living in 4 different states. David and his wife, Akaena, love to travel - most recently, they enjoyed some time in Portugal and Spain.

David is a teacher and a coach at heart, and his business development and leadership approach is rooted in teaching and coaching.
