Dennis Hartin launched his insurance career in 1994 and quickly rose through the ranks at a national carrier, serving in nearly every role along the way. Originally from Kentucky, he relocated to Tampa in 2014 with his wife and two sons, where he went on to lead a sales team of 700 and manage an asset base exceeding $100 million.

In January 2018, Dennis founded Hartin Dynamics with a simple mission: do whatever it takes to help clients attract and retain top talent. That commitment led to a merger with HUB International in October 2022, giving his clients access to world-class tools and global resources. He is currently leading the employee benefits team’s EVP for HUB International in Tennessee and Kentucky.


Known for his fresh take on benefits and employee engagement, Dennis has been featured in Benefits Pro Magazine, spoken on national stages, and contributed to an Amazon bestseller. His latest publication, 25 Changemakers in Florida, was released in March 2021.

Driven by a deep passion for helping others, Dennis serves on multiple nonprofit boards, including Madi’s Movement, HR Tampa, and the Constitution of U.S. He is also the co-founder of the Emotional Vaccines® resiliency education program, an organization dedicated to creating a public health policy around mental health.
