Mr. Speer is a Principal and Consulting Actuary with the Employee Benefits Health and Welfare practice in Milliman’s Omaha office. Jason serves as Production Manager and is responsible for project management and delivery of services within the practice, including actuarial support for Bavvy, Inc., Milliman’s ICHRA platform.

Jason has over 20 years of experience as an actuary in the insurance industry.
Jason has extensive experience in consulting with clients on employee benefits issues, including assisting with the implementation of a full replacement consumer driven health plan for a Fortune 100 employer.
