Jason Beutler is the co-founder and CEO of Robosource, and the product visionary of ProcessCoach.ai, released in the fall of 2025.
In the 13 years prior to launching ProcessCoach, Jason and his team have been empowering company leaders to solve their most strategic challenges through software and automation. The mission behind Robosource is to help businesses and people do meaningful, impactful work through digital transformation.
Though Jason has been working in and studying AI since the 90s, the evolution of generative AI over the last few years compelled Jason to envision and build ProcessCoach. ProcessCoach gives companies all the tools they need to make AI work in their business by designing step-by-step processes, assigning tasks, building a company knowledge base, and automating workflows.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Taylor University (2000) and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame (2009).
On a personal note, Jason has been married for 26 years to his wife, Kendra, who co-founded Robosource with him and serves as President, and he is the proud parent of two young adults.
