Matt Shirley is the Community Engagement Manager at Nonstop Administration & Insurance Services. He is passionate about inspiring decision-makers in organizations to think outside of the box, especially as it relates to creating a more equitable and sustainable healthcare environment for all.

After graduating from the University of Georgia, Matt began his career working for esteemed author, thought leader, and orator John C. Maxwell. Matt would move on to spend the next several years serving in various roles in which Matt had the opportunity to speak and teach on various topics including leadership development, change management, and emotional intelligence. His audience sizes vary from coaching one-on-one, facilitating small groups, or speaking on the main stage in front of thousands at conferences.

Matt has spent the last several years working in the health insurance industry. He served in a leadership role at an insurance brokerage and then went on to join one of the largest insurance carriers in the nation. Today, Matt spends more time in Marketing and Business Development at Nonstop. He regularly travels and speaks at conferences for Nonstop. He values his time building connections with Nonstop’s broker partners, and hearing stories about how Nonstop Health has improved access to care for employees and their families.
