Chelsea Ryckis, President of Ethos Benefits, leads a firm dedicated to advancing fiduciary-driven health insurance strategies for employers nationwide. Originally from Canada, Chelsea's journey includes playing NCAA DI college softball at Stetson University in Florida where she had her first interaction with the American healthcare system; she sustained a brain injury that would stop her from attending medical school. Using the lessons learned during this time, she would discover her ethos; if something can be done better it should be.

This empowered her to become one of the youngest voluntary benefit agency owners in the country at 25 years old. After meeting her business partner (and now husband) Chelsea quickly transitioned to consulting on employer health insurance programs where the need for innovation and improvement was dire.

Chelsea is recognized as a transparent thought leader in the benefits industry, challenging the status quo of healthcare in both her published articles and national speaking engagements. Most recently, she has been nominated the Most Innovative Healthcare Consultant of 2024. In September of 2023, she sold 80% of her company to fully harness her ethos and create the greatest positive impact for employers and their employees nationwide.
