Michael is an employee benefits consultant with Dillingham Benefits. Having spent over 17 years in the employee benefits industry with both carrier and now consulting firm, he enjoys the ever-changing world of benefits. His expertise lies in the areas of worksite benefits, administrative functions, and self-funding for both large/small employer groups.
Michael previously worked in sales, leadership, and new account development for a large insurance carrier. When Michael is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife (Morgan) and two kids (Becklynn-7 and Walker-3). He also enjoys spending time volunteering as a board trustee at the SWOSU Foundation along with serving on the board for the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma. When he is not working or spending time with the family, you can find him on his farm preparing for the upcoming hunting season.
