Erika joined Brown & Brown in 2017. As the Senior Vice President and Practice Lead for Employee Benefits (EB) in Georgia, Erika is responsible for the overall performance, growth and development of Employee Benefits. Her day to day functions include oversight of the operational practices and procedures, EB Teammates, carrier relationships, industry knowledge as well as working with clients as a Consultant.

She serves on the Brown & Brown National Employee Benefits Service Committee working with Leaders throughout the company to leverage our National Strength by enhancing our Local Presence in capabilities, plan design review and renewals, vendor marketing and selection, compliance, customization of employee communications and day-to-day client service.
Prior to entering the Broker/Advisor arena she began developing her knowledge and experience with EB in Human Resources.
Her core responsibilities were employee communications, benefits, HRIS, leave of absence management, compliance, and employee relations.
