As VP of People, Regina is responsible for leading House of Cheatham’s overall human resources strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and cultural development. She is also responsible for employee education and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, administrative support, safety and our information technology. Regina joined House of Cheatham in 2020 as Director of Human Resources, in order to establish an in-house Human Resources
Department that would impact and support business goals and strategies. In her first year, she established policy, benefits, compensation and other guidelines that provided House of Cheatham with the structure needed to grow the company’s workforce by 33% in her first 10 months of tenure and was promoted to her current role as Vice President. Before joining House of Cheatham, she worked her way up from Regional Recruiter to East Coast Area HR Manager at DH Pace Company, where she supported the largest number of employees in the company. Regina obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Liberty University, and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Old Dominion University. She holds Professional in Human Resources and Society of Human Resource Management Certifications as well as a Certification from the University of South Florida in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace.
