A veteran of the insurance and benefits industry, Allison began her career in the Greater Washington DC area and later moved to Florida to work in the family employee benefits firm, acting as the Vice President of Operations ; a job that included applying supply chain management strategies to the benefits spend to help employers add EBITDA to their bottom line, control the cost curve AND provide competitive benefits.
After moving to San Antonio TX in 2000, she began her career with Aflac as a top 1% sales producer and learned how to effectively engage employees in making their benefits plan work for them.
Allison moved on to found De Paoli Professional Services in 2015, allowing her to deliver best in class Enhanced Benefits (formerly known as Voluntary Benefits) as well as effective enrollment and implementation strategies.
Shortly thereafter, De Paoli Professional Services expanded into the benefits arena – applying supply chain management strategies to control healthcare costs rather than using traditional methods. This is a transformative time in the employee benefits arena. A time that presents a huge opportunity for employers to effectively manage their currently out-of-control healthcare spend.
