Most recently serving as the Global Benefits Director at Dayforce, Tom managed complex benefit and retirement initiatives across 17 geographies spanning North America, EMEA, and APJ. He is recognized for his ability to optimize programs that balance substantial cost savings with enhanced employee value.

A champion of disruptive change, Tom actively shapes the future of the industry through his work on advisory boards for Truemed, Cleo, Airvet, and WellTheory. He has previously advised organizations such as Blackstone Equity Healthcare, The Alliance, Castlight, and Livongo. Tom holds an MBA from Loyola University Chicago and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, with international studies completed at King’s College London and the University of Salamanca.
