As Founder of Moore Benefit Resources and CEO of Pretekt, with over 20 years of experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry, Patrick, helps employers and advisors navigate the complex and evolving healthcare landscape to provide competitive benefits to their employees and employers.

Pat's mission is to simplify healthcare for employers and employees alike, by focusing on the quality and value of care, rather than the price and coverage of insurance.

Pat is also a Master Sergeant in the Marine Corps Reserves, where he served for 22 years and retired in 2023. He takes great pride in his career and service to the country, as well as his role as a husband and father of three young children.
