Shaniqua Lawrence is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience in the health insurance and benefits consulting industries. She specializes in developing strategic partnerships and delivering data driven solutions that help employers improve organizational outcomes, manage healthcare costs, and enhance employee benefits programs.

Originally from Queens, New York, Shaniqua earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Risk Management & Insurance from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She later obtained her Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from Eastern University. Early in her career, she built a strong foundation in finance and underwriting while working with leading healthcare organizations including Aetna, Cigna, and the Blue Cross Blue Shield system.

Shaniqua currently serves as Vice President and Senior Consultant at EVHC, a self-funded healthcare management organization focused on helping employers transition from fully insured plans to self-funded models. In this role, she partners with organizations to implement cost-containment strategies, improve transparency in healthcare data, strengthen member engagement, and empower employers with greater control over their healthcare spend.

Beyond her professional work, Shaniqua is deeply committed to service and community leadership. She serves as Head of Finance for her church (Spirit and Truth Church), supporting the financial stewardship of a 4,000-member congregation with 4 campuses. She is also an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where she currently serves as Chair of the Economic Development Committee, supporting initiatives that promote financial empowerment and community development.

Now based in Atlanta, Georgia, Shaniqua balances her professional career with her faith, family, and community involvement. In her free time, she enjoys international travel and attending musical festivals and concerts across a wide range of genres.
