Codi Gill is a 15-year healthcare and employee benefits industry veteran and serves as VP, Client Success for TouchCare Method. She leads the client and member experience strategy for a comprehensive care model that integrates personalized medical care, GLP-1 medication management, nutritional guidance, and exercise programming. Codi oversees the service framework and high-performing teams that drive engagement, measurable outcomes, and an exceptional care experience nationwide.

Prior to TouchCare Method, Codi was a President’s Club and President’s Circle award winner in the regional and national PEO space and served as a Client Relations Manager at a high growth HR technology organization. She also served as an executive team member at a boutique brokerage firm in New Jersey while holding board leadership roles, including Executive Director, for two nonprofit organizations focused on pediatric cancer and research initiatives.
