Speaker Bio
Gavin DeWitt is a founding member of the sales team at Zorro, where he helps brokers deliver smarter, more flexible health benefits through the ICHRA model.
With a background spanning SaaS startups and medical device sales, Gavin brings a rare combination of technical know-how, relationship-driven selling, and hands-on problem-solving to every broker and employer partnership. He’s known for earning trust quickly, running thoughtful discovery, and rallying stakeholders around innovative strategies that drive results.
Before Zorro, Gavin held high-impact roles at multiple high-growth companies, from leading inbound sales at a secure digital transport platform to supporting the launch of a minimally invasive surgical robot at one of the top three global medical device firms.
Gavin believes that sales is his career, but coaching is his calling, and he brings the discipline, empathy, and contagious energy of a seasoned coach to every client interaction he leads. A former collegiate wrestler turned coach, he still mentors athletes on and off the mat, from youth state champions to Division I All-Americans.
Gavin studied Industrial & Organizational Psychology and Organizational Leadership at Maryville University of Saint Louis (though he’ll tell you he really went to college for wrestling).
