Tim has spent more than 30 years in the insurance industry, while bringing a wealth of experience in launching and scaling initiatives across both the insurance and non-profit sectors. He built a multi-million-dollar insurance agency, negotiated and integrated acquisitions, and coached other agencies and businesses through their own growth. Beyond insurance, he founded a nationally impactful non-profit, created thriving divisions within multiple non-profits, and led sales and marketing for a start-up that grew into a multi-million-dollar enterprise. At the end of 2024, Tim’s agency merged with InsZone Insurance, where he continues to thrive. He is a dedicated nine-year member of a health insurance association dedicated to improving access to healthcare, NABIP, and a past president of NABIP California (CAHIP). Tim is passionate about helping people reach their next level. He also actively supports causes close to his heart, including Free Wheelchair Mission and Children’s Hunger Fund. Several years ago, Tim fulfilled a childhood dream of becoming both an insurance agent and a ninja - earning his black belt in To-Shin Do (pronounced “toe-sheen-doe”) and adopting the title “Insurance Ninja.” A lifelong Ventura County resident, he enjoys time with his wife, daughters, son-in-law, and “all their pets.” In his free time, you’ll find him backpacking in national parks, traveling to new destinations, or taking dance classes with his wife.
