Wendy Bowser is the founder of Bowser Insurance Services, a boutique agency dedicated to supporting small- to medium-sized businesses with tailored employee benefits solutions since 2015.

Raised in an entrepreneurial household, Wendy developed a deep appreciation for small businesses early on. Today, she brings that same heart and expertise to helping companies care for their teams through strategic and compassionate benefits planning. She’s especially passionate about educating employees on how to confidently navigate their benefits—ensuring they feel empowered when it matters most.

Wendy’s commitment to service extends beyond the workplace. She currently serves on the board of directors for her local American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) chapter and is a member of the Fort Bend Junior Service League. This spring, she was honored as her ABWA chapter’s Woman of the Year.

Outside of work, Wendy enjoys spending quality time with her family, cooking and dining out, getting lost in a good book, cheering on her favorite baseball teams, traveling, and connecting with nature.
