Bret leads an innovative team at Generous Benefits, which he formed in 2019 after a 20+ career inside a Fort Worth, TX benefits agency where he started in sales and ended up serving as their Managing Partner who helped navigate their transformation into a modern office environment. During his career, Bret earned awards from BenefitsPro, Employee Benefits New's Technology Advisor of the Year Award in 2018, and earned the highest status from the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals. Today, Bret continues to participate in industry organizations to help advance his knowledge which he continues to share through coaching other employee benefit agencies in his partnership with Q4Intelligence.

Generous Benefits was formed to take a deeper engagement in the benefits process and improve the communities they serve. Amongst other initiatives, Generous Benefits works to restructure the health plan offering with an initiative to give back unused funds as a yearly company dividend. Their goal is to help employers become empowered stewards of their benefit plans and reverse years of eroding value so that they can invest in wages, retirement, and better company operations.
