Michael Sclafani is the Division Vice President of Sales for ADP's HR Outsourcing group managing the northeastern territory. Michael started his career at ADP in 1998, working in Small Business Services, where he quickly became a team leader and a top performer for one of the largest regions in the Country. In 2003, ADP TotalSource® looked at Michael to become one of the first District Managers to sell ADP TotalSource in New York City. As the business unit's growth continued, Michael developed new District Managers and served on many leadership and advisory boards while helping to grow ADP TotalSource into the largest Professional Employer Organization (PEO) in the U.S.

Michael was promoted several times and received multiple sales awards. He has contributed to the development of many associates and has significantly impacted the growth of ADP TotalSource. Michael's understanding of the complex PEO business and his ability to develop and retain top-performing associates has made him one of the most respected and influential leaders for ADP Employer Services.

Before joining ADP, Michael worked as a financial service representative focusing on high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors. Michael holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from St. John's University.
