Emma also founded the YOU Powered Symposium, an annual national event that unites leading voices in healthcare, benefits, and business to share strategies, spark reform, and drive meaningful change. What began as her virtual “Coffee Breaks” series has evolved into one of the industry’s most forward-thinking gatherings, centered on transparency, leadership, and empowerment.
