Annissa Steward serves as the Assistant Director of Membership Operations at Redirect Health, having over 7 years of experience in sales and customer service and 6 years in Human Resources. She aims to develop processes and initiatives that lead to solutions and positive experience for our members.

In her prior roles with Marriott International and Cardone Ventures, she experienced the importance of documenting processes and workflows within a business while also understanding that people move the business. Stemming from her background in HR and business consulting, Annissa is committed to cultivating culture and collaboration through people-centric solutions within Redirect Health.

Annissa holds a BBA from CSU San Marcos, an MBA from the University of Redlands and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
