Guy Berry serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Redirect Health, where he has been a key leader since 2013. With a strong background in healthcare operations, leadership, and strategic growth, he is dedicated to driving efficiency, culture, and talent development within the organization.

Guy is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), reinforcing his expertise in people leadership, workplace culture, and organizational growth. He is also a licensed healthcare broker in all 50 states, bringing deep industry knowledge to his role.

Beyond his professional role, Guy is deeply engaged in community leadership. He serves on the Executive Committees of both the Beatitudes Campus Board (a non-profit organization) and the Greater Phoenix Chamber Board, where he contributes to business and healthcare initiatives.

Guy holds a BBA from Baylor University and an MBA from the University of North Texas.
