With over 30 years of experience in the stop-loss industry, Vince brings with him a wealth of expertise and a history of innovative solutions and close partnerships. With a focus on creating comprehensive sales strategies and building robust relationships with internal and external shareholders, Vince’s role as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer will drive further growth of UME’s many products and services.

Prior to joining UME, Vince was the Vice President of Sales for the Midwest region at Partners MGU (which was recently acquired by Crum & Forster) and, before that, the Business Development Manager for Zurich North America. He also spent ten years as the President of HealthEx, a division of Alliance Underwriters, LLC. Throughout his career, he has delivered exceptional organic sales growth while fostering inclusive team environments.

Vince graduated from Michigan State University and then went on to receive his MBA from Spring Arbor University. As a Detroit native, Vince is an avid sports enthusiast and die-hard fan of all Detroit sports teams as well as Michigan State. When he’s not driving business success, Vince enjoys reading, cooking, and personal fitness.
