Kristine co-founded K2 Strategic, a boutique, female-owned consultancy specializing in designing and managing modern, human-centric employee benefit programs. K2 rejects a one-size-fits-all approach, partnering with mid-sized and large employers to deliver personalized, results-driven strategies that transcend traditional brokerage models.

With strong financial experience in the benefits industry, she began her career as a group insurance underwriter before migrating into consulting and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. As a member of SHRM and the National Association of Health Underwriters, and an avid reader, she believes in continuous learning and loves to educate others.

She has three grown daughters, loves to play tennis and pickle ball, travels for fun and family, and volunteers her time transitioning single parent families and veterans from shelters into their own permanent homes.
