With 20 years in the medical benefits industry, Amanda has extensive knowledge of benefit plan offerings, budgets, and data analysis. Recognizing that the self-funded platform is the fastest growing segment of health benefit funding, Amanda’s expertise includes reviewing employer benefit plan design via plan modeling, insight to budget forecasting, RFP review and response and managing multiple data source feed integrations. Amanda serves as the Client Success Manager Broker Lead for Health Insights at Benefitfocus, with expertise in helping clients use data to build benefit plans that not only benefit the employee base, but simultaneously help employer-sponsored health plans contain cost. Amanda has completed her GBA through the Wharton School of Business.
