As the Chief Revenue Officer for Juice Financial, I am responsible for Juice’s Insurance & Benefits FinTech B2B portfolio, platform & product design for carriers and brokers, revenue generation, corporate strategy, and third-party partnerships. Juice is a financial technology company that helps businesses stay competitive by enhancing their customer and employee experience with customized digital payment solutions.
I also serve as Chairman & CEO of the Healthcare & Voluntary Benefits Association, involved in various strategic industry innovations, support my community in various capacities and host a TV talk show called “We Got You Covered” which discusses all things insurance.
I served on the Executive Board of the Workplace Benefits Association ("WBA") and was elected Association President in 2010 as well as inducted into the Workplace Benefits Hall of Fame the same year. In 2011, I was the first annual Voluntary Benefits Adviser of the Year recipient, inducted into the Voluntary Benefits Association ("VBA") Hall of Fame and the first Workplace Benefits "Rockstar."
I am a certified member with The National Ethics Bureau, recognized in Madison's Who's Who, a Certified Voluntary Benefits Specialist (CVBS) and a Certified Financial Fiduciary (CFF).
For the benefit of my community, I am a multi-term (9x) elected Fire Commissioner (first elected in 1999), and actively support various breast cancer foundations as well as the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF.) With over 30 industry and community awards, I was recently recognized by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of NJ as a highly esteemed resident in the Garden State, in recognition of 25+ years of distinguished service as the most experienced Fire Commissioner in the history of the Mt. Laurel Fire Department. The joint legislature recognized my service as the Past-President of the NJ State Association of Fire Districts, Past-Director of the NJ State EMS Council and Past Vice-Chair of the Municipal Joint Insurance Fund. Mt. Laurel has a sterling reputation as one of the most progressive public safety organizations in the region.
