He serves as relationship builder with human resource technology companies who align with Wellfleet’s distribution strategy, product owner for Wellfleet's data exchange capabilities, and steward for Wellfleet’s enrollment strategies.

Erik is an accomplished leader with more than 20 years of experience in the benefits industry. One of his most significant accomplishments is being part of the team that created Lighthouse, Wellfleet’s open-architecture and cloud-based policy administration system, designed to support the full broker and customer lifecycle.
