I think it is safe to say that most children don't say they want to sell insurance when they grow up. I am pretty sure I didn't because I was going to be any litany of things, and I had no idea what insurance even was. Mostly, I have spent my life looking for ways to help people. Now I get the honor of assisting corporations in recruiting and retaining their most valuable asset, employees.

Working as a benefits consultant has taught me more about community, compassion, and understanding our social world than anything else I have done. I love learning about my client's businesses and supporting their ambitions and success. There is nothing quite like watching your company grow and knowing that you have had a small part in making that possible.
