Robin leads Benefit Link, an employee benefit management company that is helping employers obtain and use their healthcare claims data as a strategic asset for the benefit of their employees and their bottom line.

She authored chapter 17, Healthcare’s Great Transformation, in the book Life & Death Decisions in the C-Suite, with the goal of creating an employer field guide to help the fiduciaries of healthcare understand why they need and how to demand their claims data. Deeply involved in the leading healthcare advisory initiatives around the country that are committed to transparency, she is a member of the collaborative advisor group Mitigate Partners and is a Health Rosetta Certified Advisor.

Robin started advising in the employee benefits industry in 1997 after a career as a CPA in the tax department at Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers).
