Raised on the Central Coast of California and never really acclimating to ocean activities, Jenny lived her adult life in Sacramento, California and relocated to Arizona, Thanksgiving day 2020. While seeking newness, growth, uncertainty and adversity, she found it and her purpose amongst the saguaros, dry heat, monsoons & haboobs.

Professionally, Jenny has spent nearly two decades in varying aspects of business development. She has partnered with business owners to analyze opportunity through building culture, driving leadership, improving systems and procedures for team engagement and customer satisfaction.

Jenny stumbled upon the insurance industry in 2018 and has never looked back. As a leader, Jenny’s ultimate fulfillment is to see the success in others; that "lightbulb moment." She has learned to be comfortable being uncomfortable and that in failure you can find the most important lessons. Jenny is not willing to settle for mediocrity as she continues to lead a lifestyle that takes risks, creates resistance, and promotes change. Jenny found purpose in empowering others to do the same.
