Jen is a benefits consultant with Gilsbar. She has over 18 years' experience working with businesses to analyze the cost of healthcare and implement cost containment solutions that still deliver quality care for employees. Jen worked for many years for a TPA in various sales and account management positions that gave her a solid understanding of how benefit plans actually work. Her goal is to understand each client's business objectives to identify changes that positively impact the future of each company.

Jen is currently the board President for her local SHRM chapter, volunteering to serve the very people who implement and manage the strategies she delivers. Jen unwinds by spending time with her husband and two kids. She coaches her kid's basketball and volleyball teams for both fun and comedic relief.
