Chris Schutt leads Imagine360’s direct relationships team with a focus on employers, brokers, and consultant contacts plus influential industry organizations. He works with our key partners to deliver differentiated customer value while creating business growth for all parties.

Chris is a recognized expert in the Insurance, Retirement, Wealth, and HR consulting spaces. With 30+ years of experience and success, he has a proven track record of driving organic and acquisition growth, leading through change, and building talented teams.

Before joining Imagine360, Chris spent several years as a Regional Managing Principal at OneDigital and as a Managing Director at Marsh & McLennan Cos.

Chris is a graduate of the University of Virginia. He is an active board member/campaign chair for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, YMCA of Greater Richmond, and United Way of Greater Hampton Roads community groups.
