Diana Miller is a Benefits Advisor at Conner Insurance, a family-owned commercial and employee benefits agency that has operated for more than 70 years. Diana is responsible for working with employers to uncover their unique healthcare needs, opportunities, and pain points, with the goal to lower costs and improve the quality of care for their employees.

Diana, born and raised in Colombia’s capital city, Bogota, finished in the top three of her high school senior class which made her eligible for a program that gave the highest-ranking students a chance to attend school in the U.S. She earned admission to Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Finance, International Studies, and a minor in Politics. She pursued further education at Clarke University obtaining her Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Project Management.

Diana started her career in banking and retirement prior to finding her way to insurance where she has spent the last 11 years. She continues to gain knowledge within the insurance industry and has her Certified Health Value Advisor (CHVA) and Health Rosetta Associate Advisor designations. Diana’s community work includes serving as board member in women’s leadership and non-profit organizations.

Diana enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children. She enjoys the outdoors whenever possible and keeping her streak alive of never-ending willingness to learn new things in the personal and professional fields.
