Faced with disruptive change, leaders in the employee benefits space need to learn how other industries address similar challenges. This requires developing creative approaches to find new ideas from outside of the benefits space. While the concept of looking outside of the echo chamber has been around for some time in other industries, it is still not widely accepted in benefits and is rarely enacted. This session will explore how other brokerages have looked outside the box when hiring talent and created safe spaces to share creative thinking and drive innovation and true change.
