Randy is President of PSG Washington, an employee benefits consulting firm located in Everett, Washington. Established by Mr. Hansen in 1981, PSG has been a Northwest leader in employee benefit. He now works with his oldest son Nick, with what has become a winning partnership. PSG was the recipient of the 2017 Fast Ascent Award by the Association for Insurance Leadership.
Randy’s primary focus is self-funded plans, introducing clients to vendors such as direct contracting, detailed medical care management, medical tourism and international Rx to reduce costs and improve benefits. In his 38 years of employee benefits, Randy has helped many employers change how they view and purchase their health care plans, while emphasizing quality care for employees. A dedicated family man, he has been married to Janice for 39 years, has two married sons, four grandsons and one granddaughter.
