BenefitsPRO's 2025 Luminaries Awards

Advisors and other benefits professionals excel when it comes to adaptation, resilience, and creating opportunity and growth during times of upheaval. In an effort to celebrate the top benefits professionals and organizations that strive to transform and humanize the benefits business, BenefitsPRO is currently collecting nominations across six categories spanning the benefits ecosystem: industry impact, education & communication, leadership, humanizing benefits, technology & innovation, and rising stars.

For the fourth year, the BenefitsPRO Luminaries Awards will shine a spotlight on the individuals and organizations that are leading the way and impacting the benefits industry where it matters most. The chosen 2025 Luminaries will be profiled on BenefitsPRO in early October.

What You Need to Know

  • For the Luminaries entry process, submitters may nominate individuals and organizations for as many categories as they deem fit, however, they must submit a separate nomination for each category submission.
  • TKTK - Note about limiting submissions per nominee.
  • Each submission for an individual nominee must include a professional headshot, and each submission for an organization must include the company’s logo. The image must be in color, a minimum 300 dpi files and in .jpg format.
  • For preparation purposes, the complete nomination form is available for download here. Please note that final entries must be submitted online via the nomination portal (e-mail and fax are not acceptable). Late entries will not be considered.
